As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, working closely with our team to process invoices, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments. You'll gain valuable experience using industry-standard tools like SAP, QuickBooks, and Excel, while learning best practices in accounting and finance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Manage accounts payable ledgers and maintain records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on accounts payable activities.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts payable records.
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Participate in On-the-Job Training (OJT) to develop technical and soft skills.
• Contribute to team meetings and provide support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
