📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses.,Conduct needs assessments and identify training requirements.,Collaborate with managers to understand employee development needs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Assist in the coordination of learning events and activities.,Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.,Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
