📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Manager in overseeing partnership operations, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and relationship management.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand and strengthen our network of partners, focusing on local farmers and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor partnership performance and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present reports on partnership performance to the management team.
• Assist in the development of training programs for partners to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners into our operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in partnership management.
• Assist in the development of partnerships with local government agencies and NGOs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the agricultural or palm oil industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
