Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Maintain accurate records of all transactions,Assist in the management of the clinic's cash flow,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies,Work collaboratively with the clinic team to achieve operational goals,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the clinic's reception area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Knowledge of basic computer systems and software is a plus,Ability to work well in a team environment,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
