📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed cost estimates for construction and electrical projects using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Analyze project feasibility and provide recommendations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate and comprehensive project estimates.
• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and present project cost reports and financial forecasts to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our estimation processes.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation, with a focus on Design & Construct projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards in Bali.
• Certification in construction estimation or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
