📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and organizing various events, from corporate meetings to cultural festivals.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Create and distribute event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and promotional content.
• Assist in marketing and promoting events to attract a larger audience.
• Collaborate with the event management team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide support during events, including on-site coordination and troubleshooting.
• Learn and apply best practices in event management, including risk management and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of event planning software, such as Cvent or Eventbrite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Passion for creating memorable experiences and a keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous internship or work experience in event management is a plus.
