ARENA Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various HR activities. This is an immediate opening, so if you are passionate about HR and eager to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Support the HR team in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and training sessions.,Provide general support to the HR team in other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

HRIS (Human Resource Information System) experience is a plus.Knowledge of payroll systems and benefits administration is a plus.Experience with recruitment and selection tools is a plus.
