Food Sky Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
