Fresh Moon Mandiri is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity to manage and optimize our operations in Balikpapan. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and reduce costs.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve company goals.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes.,Strong knowledge of operational software and tools.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.
