📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and supervise the pharmacy staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Drive sales growth through effective inventory management and promotional activities.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations management.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for inventory management and data analysis.
