📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and manage front desk operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor information.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in organizing and managing office events and meetings.,Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
