📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and friendly welcome.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from guests and potential guests.,Check guests in and out, process payments, and manage reservations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and files.,Assist with front desk operations, including managing keys, room assignments, and housekeeping requests.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Provide information about the hotel's amenities, facilities, and local attractions.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk position is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and courteous demeanor.
