📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
  • Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.
  • Train and develop store staff to achieve company goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using retail management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and customer behavior.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
  • Ability to travel to the store location as needed.
