📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish, including event design, vendor coordination, and guest management.,Ensure the smooth execution of events by overseeing the setup, service, and cleanup processes.,Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and positive feedback.,Manage a team of banquet staff, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support.,Handle event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet staff or event management roles.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards for event management.,Knowledge of local vendors and suppliers for event services.
