📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on product selection and implementation.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Attend trade shows, seminars, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
  • Train and mentor junior sales consultants.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
