📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the company's accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments.,Prepare and submit invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents to clients.,Follow up with clients to resolve any outstanding issues or disputes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Provide regular reports on the status of accounts receivable to the finance team.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reports as required.,Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.,Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
