In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all guests are well taken care of. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet events, including decorating, arranging tables, and setting up equipment.,Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.,Assist in the serving of food and beverages during the event, ensuring that all guests are well-fed and hydrated.,Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring that all areas are left clean and tidy.,Assist in the preparation of event materials, such as menus, programs, and invitations.,Assist in the coordination of event activities, ensuring that all events run smoothly and according to schedule.,Assist in the management of event finances, including the preparation of event budgets and the tracking of event expenses.,Assist in the preparation of event reports, including the preparation of event summaries and the tracking of event metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.,Ability to work in a clean and organized environment.
