As a Barista at Sradha Coffee, you will be responsible for creating and serving the highest quality coffee drinks, ensuring our customers leave satisfied and eager to return. You will work closely with our team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the specialty coffee industry.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks using espresso machines, drip coffee makers, and other brewing equipment.
- Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
- Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our drinks.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee beans and supplies as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to further develop your skills and knowledge.
- Promote our coffee shop and brand through social media and other marketing channels.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, drip coffee makers, and milk steamers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing software such as Square, Toast, or similar POS systems.
- Basic knowledge of coffee beans, their origins, and flavors.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow within the specialty coffee industry.
