📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.,Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team.,Ensure all dishes are cooked to the correct temperature and served promptly.,Keep accurate records of food usage and wastage.,Assist in stock control and ordering.,Participate in training and development programs.,Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1-2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Valid food handling certificate.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
