📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are efficient and effective.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve set targets.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and integration of efforts.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant improvements in the department.,Report to senior management on departmental performance and progress, providing regular updates and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results.,Strong understanding of business operations and a strategic mindset.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant HR software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
