CV Oryza Kusuma is seeking a dedicated Deputy Accountant to join our finance team. This role is crucial in supporting our accounting processes and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

As a Deputy Accountant, you will work closely with our Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks, prepare financial reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Process and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and payments.
  • Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.
  • Support in the preparation of budget estimates and forecasts.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to management.
  • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Provide support to the Accountant in any other accounting tasks as required.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations is an added advantage.
