📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of elementary school students.
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and stakeholders to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with national and international educational standards.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities to enrich the educational experience for all students.
• Work closely with parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication and support student development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching elementary school students.
• Valid teaching certification or license, preferably from Indonesia or an equivalent institution.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum and educational standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
