• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
• Represent PT EduTech Solutions at industry events and conferences to showcase our educational solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant educational standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise education, with a proven track record of success in leading educational initiatives.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic educational programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in educational technology platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, or similar.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and educational software.
• Certification in enterprise education or a related field is a plus.
