📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and key distribution.
• Process payments and handle reservations using our property management system (PMS).
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote our property's amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean and well-organized at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or hospitality roles.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with PMS software (e.g., Opera, Cezanne) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
