📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Coordinate training and development programs for employees,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics,Support the management in strategic HR planning and initiatives,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Manage employee benefits and compensation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with employee benefits administration is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
