📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance history, and incident reports.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of fleet management policies and procedures.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fleet management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.🛠️ Keahlian
