📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth running of the warehouse.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to facilitate smooth flow of goods.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the logistics team to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations as needed.
