As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies.,Analyze client data and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.,Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of the tourism and hospitality industry in Bali.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
