As a Kitchen Assistant & Cleaner, your daily tasks will include preparing food, assisting the chef, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. You'll also be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the dining areas, ensuring a pleasant environment for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist the chef in preparing and cooking meals using a variety of kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, and grills.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Clean and sanitize dining areas, including tables, chairs, and restrooms, to ensure a pleasant environment for guests.
- Stock and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with food presentation and plating to meet high standards of quality and appearance.
- Participate in daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the kitchen and dining areas in top condition.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a kitchen or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
