📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and machinery.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and longevity of assets.,Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and address issues promptly.,Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate reports for management.,Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair, with a proven track record in leading maintenance teams.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices.,Certifications in relevant maintenance technologies and safety protocols are a plus.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and train junior staff.,Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to maintenance and safety.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
