📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support sales activities.,Monitor and report sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business growth.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with the retail industry in Indonesia is a plus.
