In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization and employees,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and effective,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and ROI

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training software,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP) is a plus
