📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with company policies,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement,Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies,Handle procurement-related queries and issues from employees and stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or related roles,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
