📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring that all products are manufactured according to quality standards.,Monitor production schedules and deadlines, and take corrective action if necessary.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure that all products meet quality standards.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure that they are up-to-date with production processes and quality standards.,Maintain accurate records of production data, including production schedules, quality checks, and inventory levels.,Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and marketing, to ensure that production goals are met.,Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both team members and senior management.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems and quality control software.,Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian.
