🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools,Fluency in Indonesian and English
