📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure that all products and services meet quality standards and comply with company policies.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and customer service strategies.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the corporate office to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry.
