📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
