📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective training solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and provide appropriate training solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and other resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.,Experience in developing and facilitating training programs for diverse audiences.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
