📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Providing excellent customer service to clients.,Maintaining accurate financial records and reports.,Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are adequate.,Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.,Assisting in the training and development of junior staff.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).,Previous experience in a similar role within the maritime industry is a plus.
