FORGE Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Server to join our team in Badung. This is an immediate opening and we are seeking a professional who is passionate about technology and customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our servers, providing technical support to our clients, and maintaining our network infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Install, configure, and maintain servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Monitor server performance and proactively address any issues that arise.

Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues and answering questions.

Ensure the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.

Keep up-to-date with the latest server technologies and trends.

Maintain accurate records of server configurations and maintenance activities.

Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in server management.

Strong knowledge of server hardware and software.

Experience with network protocols and security.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with virtualization technologies is a plus.
