📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist teachers in creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.,Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special needs in the classroom.,Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents.,Organize and participate in special events and activities designed for students with special needs.,Work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.,Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in special education.,Provide emergency care and first aid as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Certification in Special Education (e.g., BCBA, RBT) is a plus.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in special education.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience with assistive technologies is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
