In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for retail management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of store displays and merchandise.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.,Assist in the organization and planning of store events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
