📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Develop user guides, manuals, and other technical materials,Assist in the creation of training materials for new employees,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in team meetings and provide input on documentation projects,Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and products,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Experience with documentation tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar),Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
