📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Create user manuals, quick reference guides, and other technical documents,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools,Assist in the creation of training materials and guides for customers and employees,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
