You will manage check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and handle any guest inquiries with efficiency and courtesy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and key distribution.
- Process payments and handle reservations using our property management system (PMS).
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote our property's amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and well-organized at all times.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or hospitality roles.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with PMS software (e.g., Opera, Cezanne) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Valid ID and clean criminal record.
