• Lead and optimize ERP, POS, and CRM systems to ensure seamless business operations
• Implement and maintain Oracle ERP, SAP POS, and Salesforce CRM solutions
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure by implementing robust cybersecurity measures
• Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in ERP, POS, CRM, and cybersecurity
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a strong focus on ERP, POS, and CRM systems
• Certifications in Oracle ERP, SAP POS, and Salesforce CRM are a plus
• Proven experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure management
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
