📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules and work orders using SAP PM or similar MMS.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend improvements in maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services.
• Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance planning and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure facility readiness.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and facility management.
• Certification in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) or similar predictive maintenance techniques.
• Proficiency in using SAP PM or other maintenance management systems.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
