📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute content strategies for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, such as social media posts, graphics, and videos, using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard software.
• Conduct market research and analyze audience engagement to refine content strategies and improve performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital media and content creation.
• Assist in the planning and execution of content calendars to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.
• Provide creative input and support to other team members on content-related projects.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, either through academic projects, internships, or personal work.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools, such as SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in using design and video editing software, including Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and trends in digital media.
