📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Festo's pneumatic and electronic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment in manufacturing and food & beverage industries.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure clients' systems run smoothly.
• Conduct system checks and diagnostics using industry-standard tools.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance procedures.
• Assist in training clients on the proper use and maintenance of Festo systems.
• Participate in continuous learning and development programs.
• Work in a team environment to achieve project goals and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and electronic systems, preferably from Festo.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
