As a Mobile Accessories Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of connecting customers with the latest and most innovative mobile accessories. Your daily tasks will include stocking shelves, assisting customers with product selection, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment, where your enthusiasm and sales acumen will be key to driving sales and achieving targets.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Stocking and organizing products on shelves to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked storefront.
- Assisting customers with product selection and providing expert advice on mobile accessories.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Promoting products through in-store displays, point-of-sale materials, and customer engagement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or mobile accessories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Excellent knowledge of mobile accessories and trends in the consumer electronics market.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as part of the job duties.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between store locations.
